Restore Iphone from second Latest Backup

Hi,

I have a backup of my iPhone to Windows laptop on 2/13. Whatsapp was accidentally deleted.

Before I have tried to restore I took backup of my phone and backup from 2/13 is not visible on iTunes anymore. Please help how I can restore my phone backup from 2/13 so that my WhatsApp chat history can be back again.

PS : No recent icloud backups available. Unfortunately, I have some very important content is there in the chat history which I can't lose.
