Get Roblox to stop a membership program

i have contacted Roblox twice about cancelling a membership subscription my 7 year old son set up without my agreement

I have tried to follow their protocol to cancel without success

I have sent two emails to their customer service with acknowledgment of receipt but no actual response

I need to close it down
