Apple Wallet on Iphone X

Navy Federal CU Mastercard "can't be added" to Wallet on X.... all cards worked on 6S , all but NFCU work on X.

Contacted NFCU, Apple .... all claimed not their issue. Apple recommended I contact Mastercard Payment Network Operator ( PNO ) ..... ran this through NFCU.... they've had it for action for over a week with no response....Card shows up as " on file" when I try to add it in wallet but always fails to be added. Can't delete from wallet since it's not there, no way I can see to delete it from " on file " screen. Tried manually adding with same negative result. Very frustrating.
