Also try turning off Bluetooth.

If your Wi-Fi source is capable of generating a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network, try that to help avoid conflicts with Bluetooth.

It would be really rare that when all of your devices require a "new" pin that it isn't the wireless router that had not been reconfigured.

I suggest that you take one of your portable devices over to your landlord's place and try connecting there. My guess is that it still won't work.

Could it be a virus or Malware, One machine will say incorrect pin the other will say cannot connect, TV says cannot connect but everything can recognise the router and signal strength TV was telling me to get closer to the router but still whilst showing full signal strength.

If you are referring to Apple devices, virus ... no; malware ... potentially.

One machine will say incorrect pin the other will say cannot connect, TV says cannot connect but everything can recognise the router and signal strength TV was telling me to get closer to the router but still whilst showing full signal strength.

A "pin" would be requested if the wireless router is configured to use WPS for wireless security. This is different than wireless networks secured by WPA/WPA2. A WPS-secured network would require entering a pin number to access the network.

What are the models of each of your Apple devices?
