Activity set up on iPhone from watch

Just got the iPhone X and when I try to look at activity on my phone it tells me I first have to set it up on my watch and it’s already set up. Any suggestions??? I transferred everything from The cloud to the new phone

Activity app not syncing with new phone Ever since I migrated to a new phone (from an iphone 7 to XR), my apple watch does not sync my activities to the new device. The devices are paired and I get notifications and updates for all apps except for activities. When I open the activities app on my phone, it tells me to open the app on my watch, see screenshot. When I open the app on my watch, it tells me to open the app on my phone!!!! see screenshot.

Activity App on New Phone I got a new phone and now the activity app for my Apple Watch on my phone says to set up activity on my watch. I have already set it up in my watch. I don’t know how to connect them or let the app on my phone know that it’s already set up
