I have manually changed the home directory name and everything new appeared after restarting the computer? Help me

I have manually changed the home directory name in order to change the User name but everything new appeared after restarting the computer? Help me how to restore back to normal? So I have attached the current scenario screenshot.

Previously in advance option of user group it was

1) Account name: Ketan

Full Name : Ketan S***

but

home directory It was "/Users/JinalShah So I changed to "/Users/KetanShah and pressed OK.

Now:

Current screenshot shows that home directory now has a proper name what I wanted but no data

It asked me to restart the computer and I did, But Everything got changed. help me NO data and how to revert back.
