Loopback "record" not responding the way Im expecting it to

Hello!

A bit of a precursor- I'm very new to Mainstage.

I was mapping out my midi out to a concert, and I wanted to use Loopback. Unfortunately, when I tested everything out, everything responded the way I wanted it to except for the "Record" button. When I try to record, it turns to "yes" for a split second before returning back to "no". I'm not sure what to do.

I'm sorry if this is vague, please let me know if I should elaborate on anything. Thank you!
