iMessage on Mac , can only login with specific accounts

I'm currently using a Mac book pro mid 2014 , macOS 10.13.3 and have been having problems activating iMessage.

At first I had the generic call Apple support and give them the code. They said they did and it should work but I still can't log in on my Mac ( for some reason my account works perfectly on my iPhone and my friend's Mac)
Weirdest part is that my friend can log in on iMessage on my Mac with his account.
These are the error messages I get on console :

default 16:07:24.145549 -0700 Messages Updating token for account (null):(null) (Environment: prod)

I think it's something that has to do with DSID and Profile ID but have no idea what to do. I've called apple support multiple times but have wasted 100 minutes of my life which amounted to nothing.

Thanks in advance.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

HI,

As written in the Users Tip the use of the Mac's own Serial Number in part of the Login procedure makes the Block at the iMessages server Device Specific.

AS Messages only contacts the iMessages Servers the Block also looks App Specific as the Mac can login to iCloud and iTunes/The App Store with the same ID.

If you have got far enough before that someone looked at the Servers and your ID they may have been looking at the info for the Wrong Mac.

You may need to go back and say iMessages is not working on your Mac again.
