iPad Pro keyboard layouts all different.

How can I change my settings so I get exactly the same keyboard layout in every app I use. Sounds like a simple thing to do yet it’s not. The three images show the keyboard view in three different apps and also which keyboard is in the settings on bottom left. I only have the one keyboard in the settings anyway. Why three different views?

Mini keyboard menu at bottom of ipad screen Since IOS 15 upgrade I have had keyboard issues. I have a small menu at the bottom of my screen when I open an app. I can “minimize” it with a pull down menu and it hides in a corner. But if I open a different app it jumps back open and at the bottom again. It shows a keyboard icon, up and down arrows and a mic. How to I turn it off. I have Ipad 12 pro max on an apple keyboard case. Thanks
