My iPhone keep disconnecting from the wifi network

Hello I have iPhone x and my problem it’s that the phone keeps disconnecting from the wifi network all the time i cant stay more than one minute on the wifi network without disconnecting from it , it’s start to be really annoying that i need every 5 minutes to enter the wifi settings and try to reconnect again to see if iI got any notifications. What is the problem?
