Open Directory is also restored when a full restore from a network-based TMC is done?

Open Directory from Server app and his local openLDAP are also restored when a full restore from a network-based TMC is done?

This question comes from the fact that I lost the capability to login with my openLDAP accounts, after a reboot of this system, my server app Open Directory was unable to start and locate my openLDAP so I restore this system to 1h30 before I have made that reboot.

Still I was unable to restore my Open Directory, so I start a new restore, to 24h before that reboot, but it takes almost 10h to accomplish that, because of the 700GB of data.
