iCloud contact CardDAV not working

Hi,

Recently, CardDAV server for syncing Contact on my Windows Phone 8.1 is not working.

Email sync and calendar sync is working, but Contacts sync doesn't work.

(I've setup app specific password which is working, as I mention, for email and calendar).

For CardDAV server I'm using contacts.icloud.com (when I open this in browser, it gives me Bad Request method).

For CalDAV (Calendar) I'm using p06-caldav.icloud.com which works fine.

What could be problem with contacts sync?
