How do I shut off cellular to prevent incoming calls when out of country?
iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.3
Turn on Airplane mode.
Turn on Airplane mode.
That turns off everything, but I want to be able to access WiFi as I am travelling around Aruba like for maps! Not acceptable! Disappointed if Apple is this inefficient!
You can manually turn WiFi and bluetooth back on while the phone is in Airplane mode and the cellular radio will remain powered off.
Try actually reading the manual.

Airplane mode on and then wifi back on leaves cellular and Bluetooth off and gets you what you want.
