Dear Apple I live in Lagos Nigeria. Kindly assist me. There is presently no apple store here to the best of my Knowledge. I have used my I-pad for five four years before now and the screen was broken. I gave it to a local technician here in Nigeria to fix for me. After replacement he said that he needed to "flash it". On bringing it back with a latter version of IOS I could not activate it with my iCloud details. It keeps saying that my I-cloud details cannot activate the I-Pad. I have tried several options but to no avail. Even at that I am unable to see the l-Pad again among my devices in I-cloud. Also it says that only cn*****@y*****.com. can activate my Ipad. This looks like my apple ID ********* The Serial number of my I-pad is DM********VGJ The IMEI Number is : ********* . My Apple ID is: ********* My Email Address is: ********* My mobile Phone Number is: +********* . I live in********* I look forward to your assistance to reactivate my I-Pad. You'll need the original purchase receipt.


Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
