With no idea of your country, the best I can do is to suggest you take the phone into your nearest Apple store. If you bought the phone in another country, it should be returned to that country and preferably the store where you bought it.
My messages go in and out of order. It randomly shuts down. It will glitch. I spent a very lot of money and I haven’t even had my phone a year. What can I do?
