Why is my iPhone ringing like a bell at midnight every night

would double check all your 3rd party app settings.

A "third-party" app would be something you downloaded/purchased from the Apple App Store that is not part of what comes "pre-installed" with iOS (the iPhone operating system). There is no way for us to know what additional Apps you might have installed or what or how to access their settings. It is up to the App developer.
