The Email i used for my Apple ID is no more existing

So, before like a couple of years i made myself a email (@hotmail.de) and i used it for my Apple ID / ICloud. Now my phone broke and won't turn on so i want to sign off my ICloud and everything so i can sell the phone to someone who needs it. But the problem is, that i forgot my password and now i cannot reset it, because i cannot go into my email.. May some of you know hotmail got "deleted" and now i cannot do anything to sign my ICloud out of my phone.

Any help or suggestions from you?

You should be able to reset the account's password by answering its security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com

If you can't, try contacting Support and see if they can reset its password : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security

If your country isn't on that page try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

Or, and if you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it
