Problem with removing Magnifier.

I've been trying to remove Magnifier from my Mac. All the directions I've found say to go to System Preferences and then go to Universal Access, etc.. The problem I'm having is I don't have a Universal Access tab in System Preferences. Anyone have an idea what's up?

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.3)

"Universal Access" morphed over time into "Accessibility".

You likely have the newer-named version.
