Turkey Time Zone Problem GMT+2

Hi,

Since last week, we are facing with the issues in Calendar. As you know Turkey decided to use Summer time for permanently. Which our current time zone should be (GMT+3). But since last week, calendar is recognising Istanbul as GMT+2. We run couple of tests by changing and forcing iPhone to overwrite the time zone. When we change it to some other place like Moscow which is in GMT+3, it works well. But in our environment we have more than 150 iPhones and we don't have enough resources to make all of them Moscow. Can you please check if there is any issue with the time zone settings of Istanbul? It should be GMT+3.

We also tested in public beta 11.3 and older versions, but no luck.
