Erasing an iphone
Is there anyway to erase and iPhone and restore it back to brand new factory issue if the phone can not verify the users Apple ID? Every time I try that the phone has an error connecting to the Apple ID server

You can restore the phone to factory issue using the restore command from iTunes. However, if the phone has the 'Find My iPhone' app turned on, you will not be able to do anything with it until that app is turned off.
