My iTunes account has the wrong Apple ID

I am trying to update the apps on my phone. It wants me to log into my iTunes account using my Apple ID. It is giving me the wrong Apple ID how can I update this with my correct Apple ID ?

You need to delete and redownload those applications; the old Apple ID is stored inside them.

My Apple ID is wrong on my iMac and it’s locked me out and it won’t let me reset my password because I can’t login to my old wrong account.
