I have bought a secondhand series 1 iwatch and have an iphone 6.
The watch gets restarted. The are then linked together and I start the configuration. I choose left and accept the terms and conditions. The Apple-id and password are put in and I am then told wrong Apple-id. Can't be used to unlock the apple watch. Although both Id & Password are mine and correct.
Any suggestions?
Sounds like the Apple Watch is still signed into the original owner since it is asking for an Apple ID. You need to contact that owner to have them remove their Apple ID from the device. About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
