No award for February, even though it was achieved

My February goal was to reach my standing goal for 28 days (couldn’t miss one!). I did that and my history shows that I did, yet no achievement award has been granted. I’ve searched the discussions on here and the tips have not helped. I have the updated software for both devices and I restarted both of them (phone first, as recommended). Again, nothing. It seems like this is happening to a lot of people. Any solution? It’s just kind of annoying and doesn’t make me want to use the goals feature at all, which I was using regularly.

In my case, it says I have reached it 4 times, most recently May 18th...,but the fact is I have reached it every single time in July too :-) Second comment, why is this award (and some others too) looking so colorless?

Achievements not rewarded For the February challenge I had to complete 43 workouts of at least 15 minutes.Today I’ve completed the amount of workouts but haven’t received the achievement.I find this very strange since all other achievements I’ve received almost immediately after fulfilling the requirements.I’ve noticed that since the start of this challenge the number of completed workout was already 39 as can be seen in the screenshots.This is the number of workouts I’ve completed in January.Something strange is happening :-(I’ve looked at some other posts and already followed the steps that Jonathan UK regarding software up to date, closing Apps and restarting the devices in order.Still no success :-(Please advise.Regards,Alex

Achievement Badges Stopped Working As if 3/31/19 I have not been receiving my achievement badges. Both my phone & my watch are updated to the latest IOS as of a few days ago. The activity rings are accurate showing that my move goal was met but yesterday got no credit for Perfect Month For March nor for perfect week. Also Longest Move Streak stopped updating. I did restarts on both devices & no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?
