glitch in playback and export

Hello! I am new to using final cut and currently using the trial version. I have a mid 2012 macbook pro with 8 gb of ram and a 2.5 Ghz intel i5. I recently edited a video for a client in the program and I love it! However I am very upset that I am seeing these glitches several times throughout the video. It is VERY noticeable and it is not good. I figured that if I export it, it will go away. It did not. Any ideas? (yes the frame I stopped at makes her face look very strange but that is the glitch) User uploaded file

Select the clip with the issue and right click it:

User uploaded file

Choose Transcode Media.

Then this box appears, select Create Optimised Media:

User uploaded file

This will create a NEW file that is ProRes 422.

The upside is it edits better than AVCHD.

The downside is it uses drive space.

These days most of us have Terrabytes of space on fast external drives, so it's no big issue unless you work on your system drive which is only OK for smallish occasional work.
