Caps Lock cannot be turned off after using Magic Keyboard

I have a MacBook Pro 15-inch 2017 and I just bought the new Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad.

When I use the Magic Keyboard, the Caps Lock works just as you would expect.

The native keyboard, however, returns only uppercase, NO MATTER IF THE CAPSLOCK IS GREEN OR NOT, AS THIS SENTENCE SHOWS.

When the Magic Keyboard is off, I cannot log into my MacBook because I cannot get lowercase letters.

This is a big problem.
