Greyed Out "Turn Passcode Off"

I work for Enterprise and we recently had the option come available to get our email on our phone. I downloaded outlook and InTune and was required to put a 6 digit passcode on my phone. They then restricted the email from Level 1 so I wanted to delete the apps and passcode. It will not let me turn the passcode off. I did turn off the low battery mode, but I read it could be a corporate restriction. Called our Tech support and they said you guys could help but they could not. Pretty please help me 🙂

You can't turn off the passcode because you have their email installed on your phone, that is a security measure implement by all company that have employees who install company email on their personal phone.

You will need to remove the email account and then you can turn off the passcode.
