iPhone 7S switches to headphone mode when paired to Bluetooth

My iPhone 7S when paired to my Visio S4251w Sound Bar switches to headphone mode and will not play music on the sound bar. Why does this happen and how can I fix it? All input welcomed.

I would try to unpair and then re-pair both your devices.

If nothing changes, I suggest to contact your SoundBar support team and check if there's a firmware update to install.
