Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Audio is only playing in Bluetooth earbuds and regular earbuds, it seems like my phone thinks it’s connected to Bluetooth or some type of wired headphones. It’s an iPhone 6s with the newest software on it, I’ve shut down my phone, and factory reset it and I’m still have this issue. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, Zach.

Try these steps:
1) Open the Control Center
2) Long press on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select iPhone

I tried that, it seems like it thinks something is plugged into the headphone jack, so I cleaned it out using contact cleaner, but still doesn’t want to works. Thanks
