You will need to borrow a wired mouse and keyboard.
Click your Apple menu top left in your screen.
From the drop down menu click System Preferences.
Then select Bluetooth.
Then click Turn Bluetooth On.
There's also a shortcut.
You can click the Bluetooth icon in the menu top right side of your screen then click Turn Bluetooth On.
