PayPal no longer working with itunes

i have used PayPal for all purchase through iTunes (on my iPad) for years now for some reason it will not work on my iPad. I am running ios 10.3.3

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.3

I too am having problems. I have verified my account multiple times now from my MacBook and have been told either by PayPal that an "...account already exists for this person fro the specified group app id" OR by Apple that iTunes was "Unable to link your PayPal account please sign into PayPal to link again or try a different payment method."


Paypal has worked for years, and I want to keep using it.


Please advise.
