Not Receiving Incoming Calls on Ipad

I am not getting incoming calls on my iPad 4gen when my iPhone rings. My iPad 3 is updated to iOS 10.3.3. I have checked the settings and reset options are mentioned in other posts to no avail. I've checked notifications, Do Not Disturb. I've verified my Apple sign in. I've powered off. i am not sure what to do next. I guess in the big scheme of things, there are more important problems to solve...but i wished that this would work again. What can I do?
