Iphone 8 (A1905) mic not working after start Whatsapp/Skype

Big problem with Iphone 8 (A1905 256Gb). After starting Iphone all working was fine, next step I have installed Whatsapp (or Skype - the same) and make calling over Whatsapp or Skype (mic permission for calling have been done). After try calling with Whatsapp or Skype mic in Iphone stop working for calling - nobody and I can't hear me when I calling by Iphone or by Whatsapp (Skype).

I have to restart Iphone (strange long time for restarting due to it) for return mic to normal working again but only till I again start calling with Whatsapp/Skype.
