How to install OSX in new SSD and Logic Board?

Hello,

my macbook pro 12" (2015) - A1502 started to reboot few seconds/minutes after i logged in.

I suspected that the disc was bad, so i ordered a new OWC 240GB SSD disc and it was replaced. But the install would not complete and i did a hardware diagnostic, i said: Bad Memory PPM002.

I bought a new logic board (A1502 - 8gb)

But now i'm having this problem:

If i boot the system with the OWC OSX High Sierra USB installer, i'm able to find the new ssd, but after installs, the computer can't find the disc.

If i remove the USB and do a internet recovery, i'm not able to find the new ssd.

I have tried to format the ssd to Mac OS Extended (journaled), same problem.

So i'm lost, how do i get osx installed on my macbook pro again?
