Apple TV 4 issues with downloads

practically sometimes you stop the downloads from the store or download app and game updates ... I checked if the connection is there, in fact it works well with YouTube and more. Then, by restarting the device, the downloads magically return to work. I've tried both with LAN and WIFI, but it happens the same and identical thing. I only noticed a small difference of better functioning using the hotspot from the phone. What can it be? I bought it yesterday ... I do not want it to be faulty ...?! Does anyone else have the same problem? I installed the latest update 11.2.6 (I do not want it to lack for this ...) HELP ME PLEASE!
