Music onto Itunes

Hi,

I have recently got a new computer and have put iTunes onto it but have lost my music. It is still on my Ipod but how do i get it from my Ipod onto my iTunes account to get all my music back?

I've also have tried all the free ways to try to do this and none will work for me.
