icloud for windows 10 does not download pictures.

icloud for windows fails to download pictures to the icloud folders. After a small number of pictures it stalls.

It says it is in the process of download it but nothing comes through.

I am becoming desperate. Cannot understand why the web app only allows you to download picture by picture.

Very disappointed.
