My VISA was working perfectly. Until Apple suddenly removed it. I have called my bank and everything is fine and my card is active. But Apple will not except my card onto the iTunes Store. Anyone know why?

My VISA was working perfectly. Until Apple decided to remove it all of a sudden. I have called my bank and checked on my debit. And everything is properly working and active. Why would I not be able to add my card back to iTunes? It just says “payment method not accepted”. Can someone please help. Thank you!

Validation rules can, and do, change over time, if you removed the card and can't add it back it may be that they've changed something in their validation - and as it's a debit card that might be why it's no longer accepted, they seem to be being accepted less-and-and-less. Is the card still registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account : If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store - Apple Support ? Do you have another card that you could try, preferably a credit card ?
