One thing that can make burning fail is a problem with the hard drive. Trying to burn at the fastest possible speed can also cause a burn to fail. Check the health of your drive(s) and try burning at the slowest setting. Also try a different brand of disc.

I would test with another free burning program to verify if the issue is with the hardware

Thanks for your kind reply. I dont think its a hardware issue. I have no problem burning mp3 or data disc. Only face error when i try to burn dvd format ( playable for dvd player). Burn quits unexpectedly when authoring dvd file which is a process ( creating vob file) just before burning process.

No issue with another burning software ( trial verson) .I dont think its a hardware issue. I have no problem burning mp3 or data disc. Only face error when i try to burn dvd format ( playable for dvd player). Burn quits unexpectedly when authoring dvd file which is a process ( creating vob file) just before burning process.
