Unable to import photos from iphone 7

I`m using Iphone 7 (ios 11.2.6) and windows 7.

I have my photo stream and iCloud turned off.

After connecting the phone my computer recognizes the photos and it starts importing but after finishing no photos are available in the specified folder.

iPhone 7, iOS 11.2.6
