I cant hear anything when i call someone

when i try to call someone i cant hear anything unless i put it on speaker or on the headphones i dont know whats causing this, it was perfectly fine last week I tried restarting it and updating and Turing off the Bluetooth but it still won’t work. I have an iPhone 7 Plus

Can't hear on my iPhone 7 plus. I have a iPhone 7 plus when I make a call or someone calls me or if I use a Bluetooth or headphones I cannot hear anyone. But I can hear music I can play videos and hear them just fine with the noise coming out of my speakers please tell me what's wrong my iPhone 7 plus
