Syncing photos across all devices not happening

I have Photos set to sync across all my devices but it's not happening. I saw the answer about possibly having more than one iCloud account but I only have one. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.2)

iPhone photos not syncing to iCloud Hello, the photos I took with telephone for past few days are not appearing in iCloud, and thus not syncing to my computers all are connected to wifi, I have plenty of storage and photos to iCloud is turned on on all the devices. I signed on to iCloud on internet and the photos aren't there. I also just imported some photos into iPhoto on computer and they are appearing on iCloud so the problem is between iPhone and icloud thanks!

Have you tried turning off syncing (then back on) on the affected device? If your library is small, this suggestion can be done; however, if your library is large, it's not recommended.
