carplay maps freeze in loading desination

Hello

Have a new Mercedes Benz E300 , Iphone connect without problem Carplay, it work ok till I try to use Maps, I can put the destination, Maps load the destination, but the black square left up, stay in Loading and won't change more... I can't get the distance, next street, the actions.... I can't get audio either..... In the Phone it work great but in the Auto it only say Loading....

I went to Mercedes Benz (in Chile) and they try with different Iphone and the same issue, they try another Car (different model) and the same. They try with Android and there is no problem.

In Mercedes, they don't know if it is an Apple issue or a car radio firmware issue.

The same is happening to me. The radio isn't receiving the directions info from the iPhone.

According to this url, CarPlay Maps Feature is not available in Chile: iOS - Disponibilidad de funcionalidades - Apple (CL).

This means we will have to wait until Apple Releases Apple Maps in Chile nearby in the future?

hi,

i have recently purchased Pioneer Z2000BT (most updated with latest firmware) in order to use together with my iphone 7 (most updated with latest firmaware).

i use only apple original cable connect from Z2000BT to my Iphone.

But still the loading is continuously , no info - nothing at all.

It is really furstrated since spending so much money for this equipment and apple maps do not seem to work.

In Android Auto google maps working flawless.

Please APPLE fix this issue.

Do not forget also that Apple Maps are also still not re-routing!!!! Please APPLE fix also this issue!!.

without re-routing you jeopardize the safety of the driver since he must take his eyes from the road and select again the destination!!
