iTunes Library

Is it possible to upload my iTunes library so it can be accessed on multi devices & via family sharing?

My iTunes library is completely ripped CD's & MP3 vinyl conversions. Nothing has been purchased from the iTunes store (if that makes a difference).

I'm struggling to find these either on iTunes itself or via a device.

We have only one Laptop with iTunes (which music is loaded on too) & multiple devices across the family & want different albums downloaded to different devices for different members of the family.

Download & Sync music from iTunes (Windows)? Recently did the iPhone shuffle in the house, with my wife and I getting new devices, and the kids received our hand-me-downs. I have a MASSIVE (260GB) iTunes library of owned music on my Windows laptop. I used to be able to sync the phones individually, while plugged into iTunes, and wife/kids could select/check albums, artists, and songs to download to their device. Now, with ‘Family Sharing’, and ‘iCloud Sync‘, it appears they can only listen to that music library when on wifi... while my laptop turned ‘on’... and iTunes is running. What the heck!?! I BOUGHT/OWN ALL this music, and now I can only access it conveniently through a single phone signed into our primary Apple ID!?! Theres gotta be a way to still download/sync music... isn’t there? Please help!

iTUNES library sharing We put all of our CDs onto iTunes on my husband's PC. I'd like to have them on my Macbook Air. We set up family sharing on both the PC and the Mac, but his iTunes library does not show up in my Mac. Can anyone help?
