iphone 6 stuck in iphone/restore mode

iphone 6 is stuck in suppoer.apple.com/iphone.restore and I can not get out of the screen, I have tried to update the software and keep getting a error (9) and have tried to do a full restore and it won't work, I have tried to hole the power off and thumb to shut down and turn on and it just keeps returning to the support icon and is stuck

Get more help

Learn what to do if you get a restore error when you try to update or restore.
If you don't see a restore error, but still see the Connect to iTunes screen, contact Apple Support.
If you can't force a restart because one of your buttons is broken or stuck, contact Apple Support.
