Question: iTunes Seems to be Catching

I am unsure how to search for this problem, but my iTunes seems to be "catching". Whenever I open iTunes on my computer, it brings up a log in screen that keeps refreshing and not letting me even attempt to put my username and password in, and won't let me use my iTunes until it goes away - but it won't go away. I've updated my computer, my windows 10, and my iTunes. Nothing helped. Help??? I've added some pictures that I don't know if it will help or not.
