App store can not connect to server

It has been several days now that I cannot enter in my App Store. I tried everything, restarting my iPhone 7, deleting back ups from iCloud toopen space, closing my icloud and reopining it again and reseting my device. I even did an updateof my ios to thelatest one. It still is not opening. Any help?
