how to boost processor speed on MBP

sometimes ago i received notification about boosting your speed to 2,7 GHZ? is it a spam or really from apple ?

And they occupy together more than 200% CPU. Sometimes, moving mouse cursor is interrupted because of those two processes. Macbook drains battery very soon. I have to plug the AC charger almost all the time and the laptop is really hot, very uncomfortable to use. I wonder whether it is common for other users and how to stop this from happen? I did un-tick all options in Software Update setting (no check or automatic update any more) Thanks for every response and solution to solve this problem!

Etrecheck pro report - Help Hi every one. I just made this report with Etrecheck pro. Is there anyone who can tell me what to do to keep my computer from slowing down? It gets hot quickly and it is slow very often.

Is my Macbook M1 Max faulty? Processor speed showing 3.13Ghz NOT 3.2Ghz I've been using my machine for a few days and noticed its a bit more sluggish than i would have expected. So i was curious what the specs of MY machine were. I am running Geekbench 5 and it reports my system as having processor :- Apple M1 Max @ 3.13Ghz Are there any other cpu tools i can check to validate this number? I feel like i got a binned low end M1 chip if it can't reach 3.2Ghz. This is quite dissapointing for such an expensive laptop. HELP.
