Is anyone else finding weird pixelation on dark scenes when streaming a video?

Hi everyone,

I was trying to stream twin peaks 2 days ago. There are a lot of dark scenes where I noticed that the image became pixelated and had a sort of purple hue to it. I am using a MacBook Air. When I go into full screen mode the images appear oversaturated like a bad Instagram filter. I have already done SMC and NVRAM tests. The SMC made it worse and the screen went all choppy and I couldn't stream anything. I am currently in safemode but I can load any videos in it for some reason.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
