Activation Lock troubles

Hello, I am having troubles with my iPod and trying to reset it.
I do not know my password to my email that the iPod is set up with, so I cannot reset the password (clearly)
And i have no other way to get into the said iPod without the activation lock
i cant hard reset either, so my iPod is bricked until i can find a way to unlock it without the activation lock credentials
someone help????
