Siri command to update notes no longer works in 2018. Used to command “Siri add eggs to my note titled groceries”. Now when i say that she cannot find my notes.

Siri now confusing ‘Reminders’ with ‘Notes’ ?? Siri would recently understand “put [something] on my grocery list”, correctly, and she would add that item to my “Grocery List” in Reminders. However recently, she has started creating a “note“ with the name of the item I’m trying to add to my grocery list. ???? Anyone have any idea why this is happening? Or having the same issue? Follow up: Prviously I was to be able to add the first item by saying “hey Siri, add [eggs] to my grocery list, and after Siri confirmation I could immediately press the Siri button on the screen and say “add turkey bacon” and turkey bacon would be added to my grocery list as well. Now when I press the Siri button to add a second item the second item is created in notes. ????? Could this possibly be glitches in the upcoming redesign that had just leaked into the current iOS?

Siri does not save my dictated notes. When I ask Siri to write a note, she asks what would like the note to say. Then she types what I say and then says Notes will continue with your request. When I open Notes, nothing was saved. I have tried everything I could find online as a suggestion.I have an iPhone 7 with IOS 11.2.5. I have done the reset, turn Siri on and off.Help please!

siri notes - choosing account Trying to make better use of Siri with Notes. How do I get Siri to put a new note in my iCloud account (or Exchange) rather than 'on my iDevice' account. Its not much use if a note is only accessible on one device.
